All PT and BJJ


Has to be six months of physical therapy already. Massage, Acupuncture, stretching .. MRI shows two bulges and two herniated discs. I just started doing these ball exercises to see if this helps. This is all non related to BJJ.. Just a fact of getting old and overweight,  and exercising wrong!  Can I get those last twenty years back? .. please?
